These terms and conditions govern your use of abworldart.com and any purchase made through the site. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

All artworks sold as "Original" are one-of-a-kind, handmade pieces created by Asma Burna. No two original pieces are identical, and minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of the handmade character of each work and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are taken to represent each artwork as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, in which case you will be contacted before the order is processed.

Original artworks are never discounted. Prices shown are final retail prices.

Custom orders

Custom and commissioned pieces require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due before the completed piece is shipped. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on complexity and current workload. Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable once work has commenced, except where the completed piece materially differs from the agreed brief.

Sold artworks

Sold original artworks remain visible on the site for portfolio purposes and are clearly marked as sold. They are not available for purchase. Buyers interested in a similar piece may request a custom order.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.

Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.

Returns & refunds

Returns are accepted as described on our Returns page. Custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun, except in cases of damage or material deviation from the agreed brief.

Intellectual property

All artwork designs, images, and site content are the intellectual property of Asma Burna / AB World Art and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission. Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Limitation of liability

AB World Art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of any product, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
