Returns & refunds
Our policy on returns, damages, and refunds for original artworks.
Damaged on arrival
If your artwork arrives damaged, photograph the damage and the packaging immediately and email hello@abworldart.com within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Change of mind
Original artworks may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. The buyer covers return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Custom orders
Custom and commissioned pieces are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once work has begun. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If there is an issue with quality or accuracy to the agreed brief, contact us directly to resolve it.
