Domestic orders within the US typically arrive within 5–10 business days. International orders take 10–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing. All orders are carefully packaged to protect the artwork during transit.

Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Every artwork is carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, secured with protective foam corners or bubble wrap, and placed in a rigid box to prevent damage during transit. Framed works receive additional corner protection. We take packaging seriously — your artwork will arrive safely.

All artworks listed as "Original" are one-of-a-kind pieces created entirely by hand by Asma Burna — no prints, no reproductions. Some listings may offer giclée prints which are clearly labelled. Originals are never duplicated.

Yes — all original artworks are hand-signed by Asma Burna. Most are signed on the front in an unobtrusive location, and on the back with the title and year. Each original also comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Sold pieces are kept visible on the site as part of Asma's portfolio. They cannot be purchased, but you can request a similar custom piece — Asma can create a new original inspired by the same subject, technique, or style. Contact us to discuss.

Absolutely. Asma takes portrait commissions of people, animals, landscapes, calligraphy, and more across all her techniques — oil painting, pyrography, string art, and others. Send us reference photos and your vision and we will work with you to create something meaningful.

Pricing depends on the size, technique, and complexity of the piece. After you submit your request, Asma will provide a full quote. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin. Turnaround is typically 2–6 weeks depending on the piece.

We accept returns on original artworks within 14 days of delivery if the piece arrives damaged. Please photograph the damage immediately and contact us at hello@abworldart.com. Custom orders are non-refundable as they are created specifically for you.

For original artworks over $300, we can arrange a payment plan. Contact us before purchasing to discuss options. Custom orders require a 50% deposit upfront with the remainder due before shipping.

Yes — all payments are processed securely through WooCommerce with SSL encryption. We do not store your payment details. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
